  • Emergency plumbing services All services are customized per client agreement.

3. Estimates and Service

  • All estimates provided are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final pricing may change upon on-site inspection and discovery of unforeseen plumbing issues.

  • Bear Creek Plumbing Co. reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All payments are non-refundable once services are rendered.

  • Late payments may result in interest charges or collection fees.

  • Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Bear Creek Plumbing Co. in good faith to resolve any dispute.

  • Client remains responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Client owns the final physical installation after full payment.

  • Bear Creek Plumbing Co. retains ownership of proprietary design plans, digital mockups, and internal strategy frameworks unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Platforms

We may utilize third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

  • Google

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • WhatsApp

  • CRM and scheduling software Bear Creek Plumbing Co. is not responsible for platform outages, account suspensions, or policy updates from these third parties.

7. SMS Communications & TCR Compliance

Program Description:
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Bear Creek Plumbing Co., including:

  • Damage resulting from pre-existing plumbing issues or faulty customer-provided fixtures.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Damage to property where the customer failed to provide clear access or accurate utility locations. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to the Company within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bear Creek Plumbing Co. from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from client-provided site specifications, hidden property hazards, or regulatory violations related to the property.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California. Client agrees to waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

12. Modifications

Bear Creek Plumbing Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
